Biography
Steve Notinger is a longstanding business and bankruptcy attorney with more than 35 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, commercial litigation, and tax dispute matters.
He has handled all aspects of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases and has served as a Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustee for over 22 years. His practice also includes business reorganizations, workouts, probate, and fiduciary matters, both in and out of court.
Steve is known for his practical and results-focused approach, working to simplify complex issues and help clients achieve efficient and effective outcomes.
