Biography

Since 1982, Edmond J. Ford has been representing the interests of businesses, financial institutions and individuals in matters of troubled debt. As a member of key bankruptcy and business bodies in New Hampshire and the region, Edmond acts as more than trusted legal counsel. He is one of a select few attorneys in the region who can give clients an inside perspective on the process. Edmond's key positions include: 

  • Member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the State of New Hampshire,
  • Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees
  • Member of the Advisory Committee on Local Rules for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court
