Biography

Marc W. McDonald gets matters resolved economically and efficiently. When cases need action, he moves them decisively to settlement or trial as appropriate.

Marc has deep experience in complex matters and litigation, appearing in many bench and jury trials in New Hampshire state civil courts. Having made many appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, Marc is also expert in all kinds of contract dispute, including:
