Biography

Richard K. McPartlin's experience includes thirteen years in the commercial lending industry. With this background, he brings a strong business sense to every case. Because he has worked with national banks as a loan officer, Richard is very familiar with the workings of loan documents and how to leverage them for his clients.

Whether it's a Chapter 7, 11 or 13 bankruptcy, Richard has experience helping individuals, businesses and institutions in the general commercial, real estate and not-for profit sectors, including tax-exempt bond financing, floor plan and asset based lending.
